How Do I Know If I Need Therapy?
There is no right or wrong answer here. Sometimes the advice our friends and family give us isn't enough or isn't working. Sometimes we need more. Everyone can benefit from therapy. We could all use a little extra support, some new skills, or a different (non-biased) outside perspective on what we are experiencing. If you have reflected and recognize that you are struggling, it may be a good time to get in with a therapist. Some struggles that folks often come in for include:
