I am an LMSW located in Mesa, AZ I work with children ages 3+ and their families, teens, and adults and I am currently accepting new clients. My therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based practices such as CBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, and solution-focused therapy. I have extensive knowledge of grief and bereavement support for all ages and am here to support you. I also have spent several years researching fatherhood and the unique challenges that come with parenting.

As a member of the LGBTQ+ community I have a unique insight to the experiences and struggles this community faces. I am here to support you on your journey whether that is a coming out journey, a job change, navigating grief or just the general stressors of daily life. I will work with you to find a therapeutic approach that is tailored to your unique needs.
