I have worked with a variety of populations and communities, supporting others in exploring and achieving life goals. I hold a Master's of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling as well as a B.S. in Criminal Justice Administration through the University of Phoenix and have about a decade of experience in the mental health field. I have found a purpose and passion in supporting youth and adults in gaining the knowledge and skills to approach life holistically. My areas of expertise include, but are not limited to, depression, anxiety, trauma and the LGBTQIA community. I am exploring further specialization in Perinatal Mental Health.

I have training using CBT, MI, and DBT approaches utilizing various techniques to help guide you in gaining self-awareness through your path to healing. I can aide in building positive coping skills and effective communication techniques to encourage you to advocate for your needs. I am honored to work you through this journey of healing. I am able to write WPATH letters for medical transition. I am so excited to help you explore and achieve your goals to live a fulfilling life!

I support LGBTQIA clients facing challenges with self worth and acceptance, depression/anxiety, complex life transitions and challenges, illness, parenting (biological/foster/adoption) and more. My approach dives deep into presenting issues, identification of goals and barriers to success, and action planning and implementation support that helps clients achieve their full potential and create a more positive relationship with their sense of self. I work with the LGBTQIA+ population and their families to address mental health challenges, complications with personal identity and self worth, complex trauma, and struggles with interpersonal relationships. Whether you’re addressing issues related to being part of the LGBTQIA+ community or something else, I am here for you and look forward to working together. I am also able to write WPATH letters for medical transition.
